OCTÁVIO VALSECHI (VICO)
Graduated in Agronomic Engineering, Master in Food Science and Technology (USP) and Doctor in Biological Sciences, area of concentration in Applied Microbiology (UNESP). He is Associate Professor at DTAISER/CCA/UFSCar.
Has experience in the Sugar-Energy Production Chain, Agroindustrial Technology and Microbiology, working mainly on the following subjects: Sugarcane Agroindustry, Sugarcane Quality and Technological Analysis, Products, By-products, By-products and Energy, Sugar-Alcohol Technology, Ethanol Fermentations , carbon sequestration by sugarcane.
